Wind farm projects in Paltamo
It is anticipated that five wind farms with a total of over 90 wind turbines will be built in Paltamo. The farms would be located in the north and east of Paltamo: Takiankangas, Hukkalansalo, Varsavaara, Valkeisvaara and Kylkivaara.
The municipal government of Paltamo has granted all five farms a positive planning initiation decision.
